The Chairman has the responsibility for choosing the trustee members. The members must work well with Youth Sports, Inc and serve as ambassadors in our communities.
When selecting new board members consider the individual attributes they bring to the board and how they mesh with the attributes of existing board members. We look for board members who can bring unique skills, contacts or experience.
The following attributes have been deemed necessary for new board member:
- Must be intelligent, honest and of the highest personal character
- Must have an understanding and appreciation of sports and education
- Must have an appreciation of young people's development through sports
